By accessing dataondemand.io or using services provided by Data On Demand (operated by Sales On Demand), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Data On Demand provides homeowner, consumer, business, solar, insurance, intent, skip tracing, and storm-triggered data for marketing and outreach, with delivery via CSV, API, CRM integrations, and direct mail pipelines.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our data only for lawful marketing purposes. You may not use data for harassment, discrimination, fraud, or any illegal activity. You are responsible for compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and all applicable federal and state laws. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, data formatting, and platform design are property of Sales On Demand and protected by applicable laws.

5. Disclaimers

Data is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all records are current or error-free. Results from outreach campaigns depend on your execution.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sales On Demand shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada courts.
